How Do I Apply?
Step 1: Clean skin with rubbing alcohol (not included) or soap & water.
Step 2: Pour a small amount of 91-99% alcohol (not included) or European Body Art Fuel Activator (Fuel 2 oz or Fuel 1 oz) onto the dry cake and let it saturate for a minute.
Step 3: Activate and apply using a sponge or brush.

How Do I Remove?
Saturate in rubbing alcohol or soap with warm water. Wipe off with cloth, cotton or sponge. You can also remove using Vapore or Unveil makeup removers from European Body Art.

Recommended for only ages 14 and above. May temporarily stain skin. May stain clothes. Do not use near mouth, eyes, nose and ears. Do not consume. Activator being flammable, keep away from sources of fire.
