European Body Art Fuel Activator is specifically designed to activate Encore alcohol palettes by European Body Art. EBA Fuel Activator is safe to use on sensitive skin because of its unique formulation using alcohol free ingredients. Fuel Activator gives slightly longer drying time than fully alcohol based activators, there by reducing the amount of the product required for reactivation, and allowing more makeup work time. Comes in a 1 ounce bottle.
